Therapeutic Offerings

During a 50-minute individual session, I strive to create a warm, safe, and supportive space for you not only address deeper root concerns and causes of your distress, but also a space to process daily life stressors. In therapy you’ll have the space to engage in self exploration, connect with your authentic self, and learn skills to navigate life’s challenges. Sessions will be tailored to meet your unique needs and typically occur weekly.

At this time I am seeing clients in person and via teleheath. Appointments are available during the day and evening hours. Sessions are 50 minutes.
